CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check out is anytime before 11:00 am. An early check in or late check out may be available. Please inquire at time of booking.
Every room has an Apple MINI for music.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable and zen living area with multiple seating options. Board games are located in the hall closet.
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. We also have a pack n play.
- Primary Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #2: Full bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #3: Twin trundle bed (sleeps 2)
BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked Kiehl's shampoo and conditioner, organic body wash, plush towels, washcloths and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM: The kitchen is fully stocked. It has a gas stove, drip coffee maker, tea kettle with a selection of organic coffee and teas. There is a blender, microwave, toaster, hand mixer and more. There is dinnerware for 6 and plates for children as well. The entire house is outfitted with a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Highchair available upon request.
GARBAGE: Garbage is collected every Monday and Thursday morning. It's best to put the cans out the night before. The garbage cans are located on the side of the house. GREEN for garbage and BLUE for recycling. Please don't leave any open garbage bags in the kitchen overnight, take the garbage out to the can every night to avoid bugs. Recycling is collected on Thursdays and is the blue trash can which also must be taken to the curb.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer with detergent. Iron, ironing mat and steamer.
DEN: Smart TV and high speed WIFI (80 Mbps).
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is a beautiful covered dining area. There is a propane barbecue and a saltwater pool that is heated in the winter. The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a net if you'd like to use it. If there is any concerns with the pool, please reach out and the pool guy can make a trip out.
AIR CONDITIONING: The house is set to 74 degrees on the NEST system. If you would like it set to a cooler temperature, please email us.
PARKING: Two cars can fit in the driveway. There is no street parking.
