There is an electronic lock on the front door and a unique code will be assigned to you the day of your stay. Please lock all doors when you leave the house.

The pool is a saltwater pool. It is heated upon request but subject to weather conditions. If you'd like anything adjusted, please let me know and I'll send a maintenance person. Please do not touch any of the electronic pool equipment.
If you have young children, please request the pool gate.
There is a popcorn maker, blender, hand held mixer, microwave, coffee grinder and electric kettle. They can be found on the counter and in the cabinets around the kitchen.
High chair, pack n play and diaper pail available upon request.
There are toys in the white, guest bedroom closet.
Children's dinnerware is located in the lower cabinet next to the oven.
Two towels are provided for each bedroom.
Pool towels are provided in the den, by the backdoor.
Linen napkins and placemats are in the white credenza in the living room.
Detergent is available for guests to use our full sized washer / dryer. Please do not overload machines.
There are two large bins located on the side of the house: BLUE is recycling and GREEN is regular. Garbage is picked up early Monday morning and recycling and garbage on Thursday mornings.
Garbage bags are provided. Please remove food garbage from house every night and place in large bin to avoid bugs in the house.
There is a gas grill on the side of the house. Remove the cover and turn the gas to the left. Turn the knobs to adjust the heat. When finished turn the gas off by turning knob to the right. Please cover grill when not in use.
There are grill utensils in the kitchen drawer with other kitchen utensils.
We maintain a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks like the pictures. We are a genuine, responsive team that cares about our guests. We are on call 8 AM - 7 PM, 7 days a week and if there is an emergency, we have a maintenance crew that can be notified.
This website is our welcome book and can be utilized but you are welcome to ask for suggestions on nearby restaurants or attractions!
What is expected of our guests:
1. Respect the neighborhood. We are in a residential neighborhood and noise outdoors in public areas should be kept to a minimum. A non-recording noise device is used on the property to monitor excessive noise levels. Noise levels must be kept at or below 50 dBA at all times. If the noise level is exceeded or there is a party the guests will be fined and possible eviction.
2. Treat our home as if it were your home -- leave it in good condition. We understand that accidents happen and do not bill for minor damages, but we ask that you tell us so we can replace items in time for the next guest.
3. Check IN is 4:00 pm & Check OUT is 11:00 am. We operate a business on a tight schedule and a new guest is often arriving the same day a guest is departing. Pool and lawn maintenance are on a set schedule to maintain the property and cannot be rescheduled.
Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in the city of residence. The guest booking the reservation must also meet or exceed 25 years old.
SMOKING: This is a 100% no smoking property. There is a tobacco and marijuana sensing device in the unit and we will evict a guest if it is triggered. They are also subject to a $1,500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize and repair the unit because of smoking damages.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Any guest that is not on the reservation whether overnight or temporary is strictly prohibited. No guests other than those on the reservation are allowed on the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter. Events, parties and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with out refund.
PETS: This is a NO PET home.
We do NOT allow any mail or deliveries by mail during your stay, food delivery is allowed.
DAMAGES: Unreported damages will be deducted from security deposit. We do not charge for small damages like a broken glass, we just ask that you let us know so we can promptly replace. Damages that are large, are the responsibility of the guest.
A/V: We use video surveillance on the exterior of the property. It is recorded but not monitored.
POOL: Please do not tamper with the thermostat, any damages will be charged directly to guest. If there is an issue with the pool temperature please let us know and we will send someone to assist you.
A pool net is provided for your convenience for any debris that falls into pool. If requested we will contact a pool cleaner to return to property.
LOST & FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the travelers expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost. We are not liable for any lost items. We do not allow any mail ore deliveries during your stay.
All occupants must evacuate from the vacation rental if any state or local evacuation is issued.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy for this property is 2 people per bedroom or a total of 6 people.
Guests swim at their own risk and use exercise equipment at their own risk. Owner is not responsible for accidents.
