The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and Bedroom #3 has a twin size trundle bed. They share a bathroom in the hallway which has a bath/shower combo.

The living room is a calming space which we purposefully left free from a tv. Pick from our many games for a fun game night. Our dining room seats 6 which is right off our fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our den has cozy seating areas and a smart TV.

The front yard is enclosed with tall hedges so you can sit on the rocking chairs in privacy. There is parking for two cars. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with many seating options. There is a large covered patio with a dining table for eight that overlooks the saltwater pool. We have a pool gate available upon request.

Centrally Located In Fort Lauderdale's Oakland Park Neighbor
The house is in a really cool but quiet area of Fort Lauderdale. The house is walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, a playground, tennis courts and a library.
Located in the center of Fort Lauderdale and just 2 miles from the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach. The house is 30 minutes from Miami and 30 minutes from Palm Beach.
